A different outlook from the tamil film industry . No songs ,no fights , no fantasy heroism , no heronies , no`punch` dialogue, no love , no lust etc. , etc. , from the normal tamil movies. I'm sure it won't reach the front seated audience & I suppose that was not the expectation from the movie makers .

Mohan lal & Kamal Hasan as usual they did their fantastic job .Who are the two police officers ? They are pretty handsome with no tummy , anger on thier face & a typical police officer look.

A new answer to the terrorists . How best to stop terrorism/terrorist as described in "Unnai Pol Oruvan " wouldn't be such a bad idea .

12 Angry Men

I happened to watch 12 Angry Men on this week end recommended by my boss (during our team meeting ...heee- heee ).With the great expectation ,why still people are talking about this movie even though it was more than 50 years old movie , i did see "12 Angry men" at my laptop .Yes it was fantastic .

A jury of 12 men deliberating a murder scene , an 18 year old accused of murdered his father & a guilty verdict will send him to the elecric chair .11 Men voted "guilty" except jury 8 .Jury 8 wasn't sure that 18 year old was guilty & he wanted to talk .After a long heated discussions, arguments, confrontation, etc., things started unfold .And at the end all the jurors left unanimous for "non guilty".

Got the free premier show ticket & one of the good movies I have seen ! The story is about a guy from Mumbai slum, contested in Indian vesion of "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" .His personal life story reveals the key to almost all the questions .

This one line idea gives the director to do home work to give the best . The music from A.R. Rehman rocks the show .Actor,Actors every one did their job best. The story is entertaining, moves rapidly, and ends well.

Almost every Indian's dream to come to USA atleast once in their life time & I'm so blessed & lucky to come to USA & living here for more than a year !!!

So many things that we cannot even imagine are in United States . I've listed few things

1. Tracking System : Social SecurityNumber(SSN) , which identifies who you are .

2. American Technology : Big big things to even small things I always astonished by the vastness & majesty of the American technology

3. Life is in your hand : May be twisted into puzzlement “what do you mean" ? . Yes True . Example : If I have had a good history then I donot need to pay too much money to car insurance , bank interest etc.,etc.,etc.,

4. The Americas beauty : Beauty of America cannot be explained in one or two lines . Yes I love the beauty of America .

5. Emergency : The magic number "911" . How fast the emergency services are !! Don't doubt & sure don't challenge them either.

Basketball Tournament

While most of my basketball friends are planning for the week end on busy office schedules, one man did charting/mapping the team & scheduling the final summer basketball tournament (Sep 27 & Sep 28,2008) at THPRD (Beaverton,OR) & here is the tournament snippets.

Before the tournament starts every team had heated argument on the team structure & start complaining other team is too strong & better than their team . Finally landed in open bit for the players & then almost all the team members are 50% okay with the team structure what they are having. Now I remember the golden truth ,the 50-50-90 rule: Any time you have a 50-50 chance of getting something right, there's a 90% probability you'll get it wrong .Also every team started doing their own strategy on how to win others by having an eaglle on other team members weakness & strength & mapping down their map to hit the winning target .

My team didn’t get the best start in all the league matches but defense is the key, and without it, the ball will never start rolling to become offense & we did the best defense, of-course offense as well to get the net score of 3 win & 1 loss of total 4 matches & now entered to finals.

Although we had heated arguments ,firing emotional words , aggressive movements , gossips & complaining others , at the end of the day everyone felt the difference they have made to the pillars of the game & friendship .! I like it ...Awesome week end ..........!

Jetskiing Experience

It was a fantastic experience on this sunny sunday(20/july/08) . Hired a two seater jetskier ,the moment I saw the jetskier it was full of joy , thrill & expecting to have fun ...! . Learned how to drive the bike . Initially got struggled with the left & right movement with respect to the water waves . Had a great fun, driving in good speed & water waves were jumping on my spectalces ....Ooopsss ... as this was my first experinece on the water bike.

My friend got a "ticket" from the cop for riding on the no way zone . I was a pillion ridder to him & we didn't know this rule actually . The interesting part was , we were talking to the cop in the middle of the river for more 30 minutes & got "advice" from him how to get out from the ticket . The cop was a good man & ofcourse "very good " in his work too ($242 ticket :=} ) . Cops are always cops that is why they are cops ( I don't know may be I become crazy )

Gone to " Sauvie Islands " on the way to our home & did a lot experiment .." Beer chips , Grape soda , Salad dressings made of onions & some other things (i dont rememebr right now ) , Garlic & pineapple salsa ,etc.," .

Got a very bad headache beacause of sun (Am I from "Antartica" ..I doubt ) ."Tiger balm " & "saridon" handy at my home

On seeing the water ,Jetskier ,restaurant, etc.,
"These people born on this plant to enjoy their life " -- I cracked

Searching an used car is ofcourse an "art" .Car made,type of car, fixing price limit of the purchase is the first step . You got to have "great patience" to have a look on the internet websites , estimating the price in the blue book, sending emails & talking over phone to the concern person to know about the title of the car & also getting the Vehicle Identification Number , generating the carfax report with the VIN, anayalzing the car fax report with the friends & collegues , getting suggestions & "advice" from others.

Next step would be fixing an appointment for seeing the car with the seller, for that you need to check the availablity for your friends for droping & test drive . Then "negotating" the price with the seller , if both the parties are fine then checking the car with the mechanic . If the car passes the mechanic check then payment to the seller & changing the car title to your name .

Basketball & My Passion

I played basketball during my 8th grade . Because of studies & all the Blaablaaa Blaablaaa I couldn't get a chance to play .

The time has come in the world of $s. I've been playing basket ball from february(2008) onwards , initially started with a raw game.Not even wearing professional basket ball shoes & so obviously leg pain , sprains , tears, physician help etc.,

Now enjoying the game & love on the ball is increasing day by day . Everyday I'm waiting for 7:30 PM to go to the court at Tulatin Hills Park and Recreation District (Beaverton , OR)

This is purely for my fellow Marsians . I am wondering ,Cooking it isn't a rocket science .

I happen to cook for the last 4 months & I felt cooking actually needs an interest & a little patience .Enough you will get a great food & you will become an amateur chef (Huuha huuha ).

The worst thing in the cooking is cleaning the kitchen (I am totally out) . But one thing that I am very sure , the moment you started cooking you definately undertand your real taste what you expect.

And remeber once your cooking is over you badly a room fresherner to spray your living room & your kitchen .Else all the day you have to live with the kitchen/cooking smell

THE MOST IMPORTANT GOAL OF COOKING IS TO ENJOY YOUR TIME AND LEAST BOTHERING ABOUT OTHERS

Some days fly by in what feels like ten minutes -- while others drag on, in a seemingly endless test of my stamina .

Fully scheduled at work , no work , not ready to work , forced to work , I don't know what I am doing .
Going to gym , playing basket ball , playing "cards" , Cooking , Browsing internet & Chatting , Occassionally feeling "Blue" & Sleeping .

On week ends going to play cricket , Rooming around the city , shopping , Spending time with my friends ,Sleeping (No hibernating) like a polar bear .

Ofcourse because of poor health getting injured , cramp , headache & tired easily .....! Oh my phew ... Ouucchhh ... :)

One of my childhood dreams come true...........! Yep I enjoyed totally in & with snows.!

I have never imagined even in the remotest corner of my brain that I would see this kind of place where it is just an hour & half drive from the place where I stay.

My wings have been equipped with another supplement called "self-belief" ,when I start my carrier on sep 13th 2004 . Have got good start in life however I was in catch-22 situation. In the world of work respect & liking donot always go hand in hand .

And now the time comes to remeber the age old statment: "No one said life would be easy, and guess what , it isn't".

Time to hammer a nail when we want to .Started finding wellness ,discovering the real and vibrant things , learning to think outside the box & color outside the lines .
