Got the free premier show ticket & one of the good movies I have seen ! The story is about a guy from Mumbai slum, contested in Indian vesion of "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" .His personal life story reveals the key to almost all the questions .

This one line idea gives the director to do home work to give the best . The music from A.R. Rehman rocks the show .Actor,Actors every one did their job best. The story is entertaining, moves rapidly, and ends well.

One Year in Dollar World

Almost every Indian's dream to come to USA atleast once in their life time & I'm so blessed & lucky to come to USA & living here for more than an year !!!

So many things that we cannot even imagine are in United States . I've listed few things

1. Tracking System : Social SecurityNumber(SSN) , which identifies who you are .

2. American Technology : Big big things to even small things I always astonished by the vastness & majesty of the American technology

3. Life is in your hand : May be twisted into puzzlement “what do you mean" ? . Yes True . Example : If I have had a good history then I donot need to pay too much money to car insurance , bank interest etc.,etc.,etc.,

4. The Americas beauty : Beauty of America cannot be explained in one or two lines . Yes I love the beauty of America .

5. Emergency : The magic number "911" . How fast the emergency services are !! Don't doubt & sure don't challenge them either.

Decision Making

Decision makes the change & Change is inevitable, except from a vending machine . How to make a decision ??

By Experience : Men give the name to the mistakes .

Taking decision is an art . It needs analyzing power & the inner voice would give the better decision . Hammer yourself with the bunch of questions & get the answer from the inner voice . Do the research, and you'll never doubt yourself .

But be wary of anyone who tells you what to do -- nine times of out of ten, the advice they give you benefits them more than anyone else . You have the skills and the instinct to take the decision, so try trusting yourself more .

Basketball Tournament

While most of my basketball friends are planning for the week end on busy office schedules, one man did charting/mapping the team & scheduling the final summer basketball tournament (Sep 27 & Sep 28,2008) at THPRD (Beaverton,OR) & here is the tournament snippets.

Before the tournament starts every team had heated argument on the team structure & start complaining other team is too strong & better than their team . Finally landed in open bit for the players & then almost all the team members are 50% okay with the team structure what they are having. Now I remember the golden truth ,the 50-50-90 rule: Any time you have a 50-50 chance of getting something right, there's a 90% probability you'll get it wrong .Also every team started doing their own strategy on how to win others by having an eaglle on other team members weakness & strength & mapping down their map to hit the winning target .

My team didn’t get the best start in all the league matches but defense is the key, and without it, the ball will never start rolling to become offense & we did the best defense, of-course offense as well to get the net score of 3 win & 1 loss of total 4 matches & now entered to finals.

Although we had heated arguments ,firing emotional words , aggressive movements , gossips & complaining others , at the end of the day everyone felt the difference they have made to the pillars of the game & friendship .! I like it ...Awesome week end ..........!
